Processing Time All orders are carefully personalised and packaged in our workshop. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing and creation before your items are shipped.

International and European Union Shipping We proudly ship our custom gifts worldwide, including to the United Kingdom and the European Union. International transit times typically range from 7 to 21 business days, though this can vary depending on your local postal network and customs processing speeds.
Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes For all deliveries outside Australia, you are considered the importer of record. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to their order. Your package may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, European Union Value Added Tax, or other local sales taxes levied by your destination country.
These fees are not calculated or collected by Make It Personal Gift Co at checkout. All customs fees and international taxes are the absolute responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival at the border.
To assist with a smooth transit and to help avoid any unnecessary charges, we will safely affix a copy of the invoice to the outside of your package. Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery delays due to customs processing. We highly recommend checking with your local customs office to understand these costs before finalising your purchase.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination along with the weight and dimensions of your order.
Order Tracking Once your parcel leaves our hands, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package on its journey to your door.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Because your items are bespoke, we will work with you individually to investigate the issue and find a prompt solution.
