Our standard processing time for bespoke items is 1 to 3 business days before shipping.

Can I return a personalised item if I change my mind?

Because our gifts are personalised specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. However, we gladly offer refunds or replacements on any faulty products.

How much does standard shipping cost within Australia?

Standard shipping within Australia is $10. We also offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

What happens if I misspell a name on my personalisation request?

Please double-check all spelling before adding the item to your cart. As items are custom-made based on the exact text provided, we cannot offer refunds for customer spelling errors. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, please call us on 0411501174 as soon as possible.

Can I use emojis or special characters in my personalised gift?

Standard punctuation is welcome, but unfortunately, we cannot print or engrave most emojis. Please stick to standard text and the character limits noted on the product pages.

Will I see a proof of my design before it is created?

To ensure our fast 1-3 business day processing time, we do not send design proofs prior to production unless specifically requested or stated on the product page. Please ensure all details entered into the options fields are correct.

Can I send a personalised gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! Just enter their address in the shipping details at checkout. Since we specialise in gifting, we never include price tags or paper invoices in our packages.

At Make It Personal Gift Co, we want your personalised gifts to arrive safely, securely, and on time. Every item we create is bespoke, meaning it is set up, laser engraved or printed, and double checked by hand before it leaves our workshop. Here is everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders across Australia and around the world.

Bespoke Production Timeframes

Because every gift is individually crafted to order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for our team to design, personalise, and pack your items before they are handed to our couriers.

If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can confirm if we can meet your milestone deadline.

Australian Delivery Rates and Speed

We ship nationwide across Australia using reliable tracked parcel services. Once your bespoke order has completed production, transit times are as follows:

Standard Delivery: $10.00 AUD flat rate. Delivery typically takes 2 to 8 business days depending on your location.
Express Delivery: $15.00 AUD flat rate. Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days.

Please note that delivery to regional, rural, or remote Australian addresses may require additional time in transit once handed to the courier.

International Delivery Tiers

We proudly ship our custom gifts to our global community using fully tracked air services. Standard flat rates apply to standard retail parcels up to 2 kg. Oversized or heavy bulk orders will display live carrier rates at checkout.

New Zealand: $18.00 AUD standard tracked delivery (4 to 11 business days transit). Express tracked delivery is available for $28.00 AUD (2 to 5 business days transit).
United States and Canada: $24.00 AUD standard tracked delivery (5 to 9 business days transit). Express tracked delivery is available for $38.00 AUD (3 to 6 business days transit).
United Kingdom and Europe: $26.00 AUD standard tracked delivery (6 to 12 business days transit). Express tracked delivery is available for $42.00 AUD (3 to 7 business days transit).
Rest of World: $30.00 AUD standard tracked delivery (6 to 14 business days transit). Express tracked delivery is available for $48.00 AUD (3 to 7 business days transit).

Customs, Import Taxes, and Local Duties

For international orders outside Australia, your parcel may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, Goods and Services Tax, or Value Added Tax levied by your destination country once the parcel reaches the border.

These additional fees are set by local government authorities and are not collected by Make It Personal Gift Co at checkout. Any local customs charges or taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

To help your package pass smoothly through border controls, we attach a clear customs declaration invoice to the outside of your parcel. We recommend checking with your local postal authority or customs agency if you have questions about local threshold limits before placing your order.

Order Tracking

The moment your parcel is packed and handed to the courier, we send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. This link lets you follow your gift on its journey straight to your door.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

We take extreme care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Because your gift is custom made, we will work with you directly to resolve the issue promptly and make things right.
