To ensure our fast 1-3 business day processing time, we do not send design proofs prior to production unless specifically requested or stated on the product page. Please ensure all details entered into the options fields are correct.

Can I send a personalised gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! Just enter their address in the shipping details at checkout. Since we specialise in gifting, we never include price tags or paper invoices in our packages.

Select Top Line Font and Enter Text: Choose your top font and enter your formal opening wording, such as The, The Family Of, or your custom title. Please note this line is omitted for Option 2.
Select Middle Line Font and Enter Text: Choose your middle font style and enter the focal family surname, couple names, or individual monogram.

To keep the detailed laser typography crisp and pristine, we recommend using the smooth reverse side of the board for knife chopping, reserving the engraved front face for styling, presenting, and serving food at your table.

Yes. Acacia is a dense, non porous hardwood naturally suited to kitchen use. We recommend seasoning your board before its first dinner party with food safe mineral oil to protect the timber grain from natural juices and oils.

How should I store and look after the board long term?

Store your board flat or standing upright in a well ventilated, dry space away from stoves or direct sun. Reapplying a light coat of food safe cutting board oil every few months keeps the timber grain nourished and protects against drying out.
